I’ve been in a bit of an art rut and works been kicking my ass, so have a couple pictures of my new Ramona costume that I wore last weekend at Ohayocon 2013!

The skirt is a bit tight and the bag I made the night before the con, but I think it photos pretty well. Photos are by my friend Amanda and my sister Rjbritton

I know, I know….old cosplay is old. But I don’t have many fullbody shots of this outfit, and there are far too many pictures out there with my first ugly set of Zora armor boots. They went through a couple of updates through the years of wearing the costume, I’d like to think they were a lot better near the end of the costumes life.

Not the best and most interesting photos, but I’ll take what I got!

So Colossal was amazing this past weekend. I had a blast to say the least. My friend Patches got some great shots of my Ramona cosplay and I just thought I should share! Go check out the rest of the set here

Don’t usually post cosplay/crafting stuff on this blog but I’ve been far too busy to draw anything lately. Searching for apartments is stressful, and I’ve got an internship starting on the 20th! I was at Ohayocon this past weekend and I debuted my Caroline (Portal 2) costume there. This was very spontaneous project that I did in the span of 2-3 days (probably shows). Done entirely for my own enjoyment as I love the game but don’t have the time or money to invest in a Chell cosplay yet. 

These quick shots were taken by my sister. Arg my legs look like hams and the seams pucker a little…but I am generally happy with it despite it being a quick dress (it’s fully lined and everything, and I love how the neck line came out). 

Expect art soon, I have to finish up a couple commissions and do some tegaki work~

Ackson (someone who does cosplay videos) wants to do a video feature of this cosplay at Acen, but I really don’t want this costume to see the light of day again. In needs so much repair and things redone….it’s a hopeless case just about. Lets hope I can finish my TP Link (green garb) and move on to that instead of bringing this costume out year after year…
