Yesterday we had a full session with just one pose, so I chose to focus on the hands and feet. I wish the hands turned out, but the dude would not stop moving them or changing the pose of them (nice excuse for sucking at hands, zo).

My tegaki comments just get lazier and sloppier as months go by. Can’t say I feel sorry about it but at the same time I’m not really challenging myself.

Tegaki doodle vash sketch filler spam! 

I marathoned the whole series on Netflix about a month ago, it was a huge nostalgia trip! I just had to do a little doodle of vash after…

Draw this dress inspired sketches! Me and Jing started up a Draw This Dress Posers blog to get ourselves to start drawing more, even though these aren’t much they are something!

These are the three sketches I’ve come up with so far, hopefully I’ll get better at doing these quick little doodles~ 

Last Otakon miss Lithe let me have her old spy mask to wear for my closet cosplay~ This is long overdue art that I owe her that I finally finished up today. Can’t say I’m too happy with them but hey we are our own worst critics i guess llololol

Q: Is your tumblr for art or is it a personal blog as well?
A: This blog is mostly for art/sketches that are just mine, however I do have another blog in which I just reblog stuff. I like to keep them seperate so people don’t have to choose between my art or personal interests.

Q: How often do you post art?
A: I try to post something once a week, but lately it’s been hard to do that. I blame being in an art slump and having this silly self doubt.

Q: Do you post your drawing process or only finished works?
A: I post in-progress and finished pieces~

Q: What types of mediums do you use?
A: Mostly digital, but I’m trying to branch out again with my sketchbook. digital mediums include: tegaki, oekaki, pchat, photoshop, illustrator etc

Q: Describe your art style.
A: I’ve always found it difficult to describe my style but here goes: Anime/Western mixture, inconsistent, kind of painterly/scribbly/messy, and I’ve been told by a couple people that my stuff kind of gives off a Tim Burton feel (Not sure how to feel about that heh)

Q: Do you have any additional comments?
A: Thanks for suggesting I should post here, I really like the idea of this directory so good job!

ATC trading cards for the TF2rp~ For Yaz, Rerun, and Ellen! What is traditional media?? These were drawn pretty small, and I have a hard time getting myself to draw small- let alone in traditional media.  Alas same-face syndrome presses on in my work…i will defeat you same-face syndrome, someday!!! >:U

quick character concepts for a new character, for a friends story~  I still haven’t come up with a name yet… hrmm. This is a dead kid, and the design is suppose to incorporate how he died. I actually don’t like how his face came out in either of the sketches. The colored design is more final, but I like the hair lays in the b+w sketch more~
